Chef Virender began his journey in Delhi at just 17 years old, driven by a passion for flavours and creativity. Over the years, his skills took him to Dubai, where he worked at the renowned Jumeirah Beach Hotel for 5 years, honing his craft in a dynamic culinary environment. His culinary path eventually led him to Canada, where he spent 25 years as a Head Chef, delighting diners with his mastery of Indian cuisine.

Now, with over 35 years of experience in the food industry, Chef Virender has finally been able to pursue his lifelong dream of opening his restaurant. Chefs of Pauri Khal is more than a dining destination—it’s a celebration of tradition, dedication, and the flavours that connect us to our roots.
